This V-8 manifold will dramatically improve both power and torque - - and at an affordable price. Easy to install by simply unbolting the old manifold and bolting on the new.
The PowerFlow manifold is unique in design. Over two years of testing and development went into producing this exhaust system. We have documented increases of 40 to 50 foot pounds of torque and horsepower in stock engines and 80 to 90 foot pounds of torque and horsepower in high performance engines up to 575 cubic inches. Independent tests by engine builders throughout the United States, (such as Paul Pfaff Enterprises, Huntington Beach, CA), have recorded similar results.
PowerFlow manifolds are manufactured using finest materials and most advanced techniques available. Our high quality aluminum manifold castings feature water jackets that surround each exhaust passage, including the port, to eliminate the possibility of burn out. The inside of the water jackets are coated, using a special hard anodized impregnating process to prevent corrosion and leakage. Our coating will not flake off and clog water fittings like conventional powder coat paint. The outside manifold surfaces are coated with the highest quality epoxy powder coating available, creating a part that is not only highly corrosion resistant but good looking as well.
PowerFlow stainless steel, water jacketed exhaust pipes are high polished, free flowing and water jacketed to eliminate hot spots toward the top of the pipe. Water flows directly through the flange from the manifold. A built in fitting accepts a stock MerCruiser thermostat connection. PowerFlow exhaust pipes are available in several different stainless, water jacketed, riser pipe configurations. All plumbing, fittings and accessories remain in the original location.
We shed unwanted pounds. Our aluminum manifolds weighs 80 pounds less than the stock version. Ideal for EFI equipped engines, as they require no calibration or program changes. Twin installations will work down to a 33" center. IMCO PowerFlow exhaust systems are available for Chevrolet, V-8’s in both big block and small block. Ford 460 adapter
available. Look for big increases in horsepower and torque with a PowerFlow exhaust system.

From extensive engineering and development, IMCO has developed a sound level reduction system that also improves power and torque. We call it "Sound Advantage".
We determined that exhaust flow through the propeller hub is adequate for cruising speeds but at top speeds more flow is needed to maximize power. Sound advantage provides the opportunity to select additional flow by adding an exhaust diversion through the transom.
Sound Advantage is unique because it is easy to install and simple in operation. Connected to your 12 Volt system, Sound Advantage allows you to touch a switch momentarily to open the transom exhaust in varying degrees. Unlike other manufacturer’s systems, IMCO’s Sound Advantage can be opened, or closed, or anywhere in between. This is made possible with a special worm gear drive.
The cast aluminum "Y" pipes are epoxy coated outside to reduce corrosion. Sound Advantage works with any 4" exhaust system. Order exhaust tips of your choice separately. A Sound Advantage system will add approximately 8 to 10 horsepower. |
